Location: Foot of mountains bordering the Boise National Forest & minutes from the Boise River & Anderson Ranch Reservoir, boat docks and picnic areas.
General: Linens provided, telephone available for local calls or your personal calling card.
Kitchen: Serving bar and 4 barstools, dishwasher, oven range, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & small appliances.
Dining Room: Table & Chairs to seat 10
Living Room: Dish TV with DVD/CD/VHS players, Gas fireplace, Sofa hide-a-bed.
Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with queen beds
Loft Area: 3 double beds
Basement Family Room: Dish TV with DVD/VHS player, foosball, ping pong table, computer.
Two Bathrooms: Both also access direct from bedrooms. (1) Full Bath (Toilet, tub/shower, vanity)

Outside: Porch, gated deck, gas grill, horseshoes, fire pit with lawn area, lawn swing.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing and snowboarding at Soldier Mountain (45 minutes away), Sun Valley (90 minutes away), Bogus Basin in Boise (90 minutes away) and more fishing and hiking at the scenic Trinity Mountain alpine lakes.
Rate: $200 a night with 3 night minimum.
$250 a night on Holidays (rate includes the 3 nights prior & 3 nights after Holiday.
$1,300 weekly rate (7 nights, non holidays)
50% Deposit holds dates, balance due four weeks prior to occupancy. Security Deposit $300 (includes cleaning charge of $75.00 non-refundable).
Cancellation: Four weeks prior notice required for deposit refund.
